Custom & 'Dyed to Order' purchases
How It Works
Most of our yarns are available on a 'Dyed to Order' basis, perfect for sourcing larger quantities of a colourway from the same batch. To order larger quantities of an existing colourway please do so via the shop pages. To order a new colourway or an existing colourway on a new base, then please use the form within the website or contact us. We welcome custom & bespoke orders and will discuss your requirements with you prior to purchase.

(Please note that as all yarn is hand dyed all skeins are unique, even within the same dye batch. If you are using more than one skein for a project we typically advise that you alternate skeins throughout to minimise the effects of any differences, but hand dyed means totally unique - enjoy the quirks and the difference of each skein, it's part of your lovingly made project now!)

Orders made on this basis are excluded from the above Returns and Refunds policy.

Once a custom or 'Dyed to Order' item has been produced the order may not be cancelled.

However please do contact me with any questions or concerns regarding your order and we will always endeavour to find a solution to any issue.
